A standard clean includes vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting surfaces and furniture, cleaning and sanitising all bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers), wiping kitchen benches, sinks, stovetop, and appliance exteriors. Are you insured? ▼
Yes — Flash Clean holds $10,000,000 in public liability insurance. Every job is fully covered. Our cleaners are also background checked and vetted before joining our team, so you can have complete peace of mind letting us into your home.
Do I need to be home during the clean? ▼
Not at all. Many of our clients leave a key, lockbox code, or building access code. We're discreet, trustworthy, and will lock up carefully when we leave. Just let us know your preferred access method when booking.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies? ▼
Yes, all cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the price. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use, just let us know and we'll accommodate that.
What if I'm not happy with the result? ▼
We stand behind every clean with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any area, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to re-do it at no charge. Our goal is for you to be completely delighted.
How do I cancel or reschedule? ▼
Just give us 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule or cancel your booking at no cost. For bookings on a Monday, please contact us the Friday before. You can call, text, or email us — whatever's easiest for you.
Do you have pet-friendly options? ▼
Absolutely — we love pets! Just note in your booking that you have pets at home and any special instructions (e.g. keep doors closed, don't let the cat out). Our eco-friendly cleaning products are safe for animals too.
Do you offer end of lease and bond cleaning in Sydney? ▼
Yes. We provide move-in / move-out and end-of-lease cleaning designed to help you hand back a rental in great condition. Oven, fridge and window add-ons are available. Tell us your property size and date in the booking form for a firm quote before we confirm.
Can you clean my Airbnb between guests? ▼
Yes — we specialise in fast turnaround cleans for Airbnb and short-stay properties across Sydney, including linen changes and restocking essentials where arranged. Choose Airbnb / short-stay when you book and note your checkout and check-in times.
How soon can I get a cleaner? ▼
